    First impression, blown away beautiful building/reception/room/restaurants..... Loved the pool area nice fresh towels daily enough sun beds for all even though rained for a lot of our 2 week stay, that didn't damper our spirits, as when the sun shone, we made the most of it sun bathing, (great pool service) and we took advantage of the many trips on offer, albeit a little pricey!

    Nice clean room, fresh towels daily, very good food, caters for anyone and everything, everything spacious, great facilities.

    We had a huge issue with a leaking roof in our room, went to reception and told them about it, thought it would be sorted out and left it at that for a day or two.. No one came, by this time we were putting the waste bin under the drip, as the tiled floor was becoming slippery.. went to reception again and told them again of our problem, 2 days later still no one came! That night it rained very heavily in the night mu IPAD was on the coffee table it was soaked through as was the table and small carpet underneath so we waited for the maid, showed her the wet ceiling, above sitting area which had now spread to above bed, and black mouldy was now evident. She said she would report it, no one ever came sadly... On departure we told them again for the 3 rd time, which they responded we knew nothing about, it and was a little rude! Funny he was the guy we first reported it too! Such a shame as could have been easily sorted with maintenance or room change, so although we had a great time at this hotel, we were not very comfortable in our room...
